Our door was broken when we checked in and consistently jammed. Even the housekeeping staff were struggling to get in. We ask multiple time to the concierge desk to get it fixed but nnfortunately, no action was taken. We had to leave our room unlocked with the do-disturb sign or had to struggle for minutes to close it. The front desk staff doesn’t communicate with each other and is not professional enough to complete the check-in process. Spending huge money to get a five-star service but received something similar to one star instead.

I made the terrible mistake of choosing the Marriott Hotel. Their front desk staff and kitchen waiters were extremely rude and very unprofessional. They are working in a five-star hotel but carrying a one-star hotel attitude. Their housekeeping staff won’t move from the room until you give them a tip. The price is unnecessarily high. I will not recommend anyone to stay at Aerocity JW Marriott Hotel.

We only stayed at the hotel for 1 night. This is a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect for us since it is only about a 5 min ride from the airport and we were in between 2 international flights. We enjoyed the food at K3 for breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was large with great showrrs, and the room was quiet despite the close proximity to the airport. The staff was very friendly. We would come back here anytime.

very convenient location to go to airport. Hotel is very comfortable with many spaces to sit and relax. Staff is very helpful and were very nice to all our group. Buffet was very good, great variety.

Unprofessional and Horrible Staff
Horrible Reception and Front Office Staff. The Payment was Done by UPI and was Successful, but the Hotel claimed Payment has failed and forced me to Pay Again. Next day after checking, the was indeed Successful and they confirmed the Receipt of Funds. The Front Office Manager did not respond to my Calls and i had to Call the Hotel Reception Landlines and Talk Tough with them. They said the Refund would take 15 Days for Processing. A Bunch of Unprofessional Scumbags working here.
