"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent — the two receptionists at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and very friendly. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to downtown Banff, which was such a great convenience. The driver was kind and shared interesting stories about the area along the way. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel is cozy, warm, and inviting — a perfect place to stay in Banff.”"

"I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff was whether it was at the front desk to help check me in or the staff in the restaurant. "We stayed here at the end of August for 3 nights. It was a nice quiet location at the top of the strip, further away from all the action which we liked because it’s all walkable. "Absolutely loved the cabin feel of a hotel room with a fireplace to make it extra cozy! Could not have asked for a more beautiful view of the mountains to wake up to. Hotel staff and all the people at Sudden Sally were so friendly. Highlight of our afternoons were the delicious espresso martinis at happy hour…perfect for starting your evening. "長く滞在していないが接したスタッフの方達はどの方も接しやすく親切で有難かったです。ダウンタウンに徒歩で行ける距離でいつでも出かけられるのが良かった。またロビーに併設されている？レストランはすぐ行けるうえに美味しくて最高でした。部屋に関しては、それなりに清潔でしたが、電気湯沸かし器が何かでベタベタしていて使いにくかった。また夜まで近くを走る列車のクラクションが聞こえ、時折人の騒ぐ音がよく聞こえたので音の気になりやすい人は注意が必要かも。バンフはとても気に入ったのでまた行きたいが、こちらのホテルにまた泊まるかは状況次第というのが今回の総評です。"
