"Excellent property and excellent views, great ambience outside the room, externally everything looks and feels like a luxury resort. Inside the room is not pleasant, everything is low class / middle class. Service is near zero. No room service not even can you ask for a favor to be brought to the room, like a beer or a sprite. "I think the positive reviews are paid ones. They converted an old bungalow into a hotel. It was right besides train crossing and every now and then you could hear the noise of trains. Some basic facilities like intercom was missing. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedsheet was not so clean. A basic thing like shampoo and bodywash were not provided. Last but not the least, when i wanted to make a card payment, they did not have card swiping machine. Nothing great about the food. "

We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary. "A 4BHK villa at such a reasonable rate was an amazing deal. The stay was very cozy, very well kept. Amenities were good too. Check in time is 1pm, please be aware and not refer it from Expedia’s website which says 10am. Something to take away from it is after checking in, please check all the ACs if they’re working (2 of them were not working when we checked in), check kitchen hygiene (we spotted cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets) and miscellaneous stuff like whether the door handles are not...
