"Like the Hyatt near the SLC Airport, this Hyatt seems to have been intentionally placed in a “services desert”. I walk 5 miles daily on average, so believe me when I tell you that there are no food or convenience store offerings within reasonable walking distance; especially after dark. "After a early morning flight .. I was exhausted.. I arrived at 10am .. 5 hours earlier before check in .. the lady at the front desk was very nice and she allowed me to pay 10.00 to check in early .. I was grateful and the room was cool and clean .. "rooms were decent size, balcony was a nice touch. bed pretty comfy. pool itself was nice, water temperature was good, area around pool was messy, food plates left on tables, tables dirty. on top of your room rate, breakfast was 22 bucks a person and 17 bucks a night to park your car. location was good, close to I25 and places to eat close by. seems like they nickel and dime you with the extras but maybe most places do that these days...."

"They over book and still charge you for king size beds while giving you a full, once you finally get someone at the check in desk to help you.
The rooms aren't finished. There's holes in the wall, missing trim, paint marks, etc all over.
There was hair and dirt bits in the bed meaning they didnt change the sheets. They left the bar of soap from the previous guests by the sink. The fridge stunk of rotten food.
Thei "breakfast" is a joke. The o ly hot things they provide are DIY waffles that...
