"Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected...

"Wonderful kitchen for cooking. Very cozy. We loved the grounds with beautiful old trees and lots of privacy. Looking forward to honey from the resident bees."

"This was a great place for our family to gather for two nights. It is well appointed on a beautiful lot with plenty of space for the kids to be kids without driving the adults nuts. Not too far from town either."

"Me and my wife absolutely love the property privacy The view and the yurt itself. The quiet and privacy you get on the side of the mountain. It's a perfect location to relax. We highly recommend the spot. It's wonderful!"

"the bathroom has no curtain over the window, you can see everything inside and the property is not secluded like they say it is. there was broken glass around the property as well. before our check out time they had turned the power off. and also came onto the property multiple times without making themselves known. there's a fake deadbolt on the front door. it definitely feels like your being watch. "

"The location was great! The cabin was very clean and comfortable! The bed was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch to relax. It is very cozy and easy to get to local sites. "

"The location is remote and quiet and beautiful. The residence was clean and comfortable. "

"The cabin was very clean, staff was quick to respond to questions, location was perfect for a quiet mountain getaway! We look forward to coming back!"

"Great place to stay - convenient to Cedaredge, the Grand Mesa and Delta. The back porch and stream are just perfect - we spent most of our time there when not out visiting with our daughter's family. LaLa's Sandwiches for the best breakfast and SIPs for a lovely light adult dinner and drinks - both in Cedaredge off Main Street."

"Cute place but definitely needs updates. Pictures look similar but definitely out dated photos. Bedroom window didn’t lock. We arrived at night, NO LIGHTS out front to be able to see to get in. The windows were all unlocked when we arrived. My kids suffer from allergies and this house had dirty air vents and filter, so they ended up very congested. The bathroom light is hanging from the ceiling. On a positive note the water is hot and the beds were comfortable. Won’t be rebooking!!"

"This is our 3rd stay there and we love it! We come every Labor Day"
