"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Oasis. The only thing I did not like was being upstairs but that is because I fell down 15 stairs face first a couple of years ago and a few of the stairs at the Oasis felt a little unstable. I do not know how much of the issue was my PTSD and the actual stairs but everything else was amazing!"

"I am writing to report a sanitary issue in Room 151. At 12:02 AM, a large water bug/cockroach came near our food and crawled onto the steak we purchased. The insect fled into the room after we found it. I can't call the front desk because it's the middle of the night but there's water leakage on the floor near the coffee maker which likely attracted the bug. It hid somewhere and I don't know where it went and my sleep is disturbed. I would like to arrange an compensation for this night's stay....

"I was told there was an elevator and there is not one. I can't climb stairs due to a recent medical condition. The so called elevator was a "WHEEL CHAIR LIFT!" YOU CANNOT USE IT ON YOUR OWN, As there is no handle to close it. It needs magnets on the doors so others can use it accordingly."

"Had to mive rooms at check-in duentonwet carpet in the room. The second room the door had been kicked in at some point. Had to ram the door to open it every time. The same to shut amd lock. Carpet was dirty and catchy. Mold on the walls in restroom. Shower stained, toilet dirty. Could not get fresh towels the entire time of our stay, after asking multiple housekeepers."

"I don’t blame the staff because they only work there. However Hyatt needs to improve the state of the rooms.
Our room was mid. The tvs did not work well. The drain in our tub was busted. The mirrors in the bathroom was damaged. The coffee machine was broken. If I would have done my research I would have spent ten more dollars and stayed at the Marriott.
The staff was very nice tho and helpful."
