"Really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing staffs! Everyone was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We were able to leave our luggages before check-in time. The location is very convenient, close to the Christmas markets and town. Steep stairs but we expected that from reading previous comments so not a surprise and wasn’t an issue to us. Overall extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend! "

"A really nice room in a friendly hotel and a really good location. We had a really enjoyable stay. Fabulous breakfast. However, a few things would make this an exceptional hotel. There wasn't a safe in the room, given that the customers of the cafe below have access to the rooms' area for the toilets, this should be a must. There was nowhere to hang your clothes/coats etc, except for a coat stand. Some coat hangers would be useful. Lastly, there is no bespoke reception area. The cafe staff...

"Great place to stay for Efteling. Right next to the park, with its own entrance. Rooms are top-dollar but they're big, clean and comfy. Restaurants are fine, with a nice breakfast menu and good dinner selection. Some of the menu is nouvelle-style - fish portions are tiny, for example, so look around and clock what looks good on other plates. I recommend the bar snacks platter, enjoyed it for dinner. The staff are amazing - so friendly, and Famke was just so helpful when we had ticket issues,...
