"The staff was quite fiendly and helpful. I did encounter a water bug in the bathroom. it was a big size cockroach. Other than that, it was convenient and clean. I requested an iron and an ironing board and it was provided for me before my arrival. The staff was polite and I liked how they gave me a call before my arrival to confirm my stay. Very nice and friendly staff. I would stay here again in the future. "

"Room was modern and attractive. I have two beefs: (1) the convenient desk and chair had no electrical outlets available, (2) The way the shower stall is designed, you can't turn on the shower from outside the stall. You have to step in and stand in front of it, thus enduring some cold water until the shower warms up. Also, there are some slippery spots on the shower stall floor. "
