"Tutto perfetto, dal check in al check out. Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti e ci siamo trovati da Dio… Camera pulita e calda. Colazione abbondante e cena squisita. Il posto dove si trova la struttura è ottimo per raggiungere le stazioni sciistiche di Pinzolo e Madonna di Campiglio. Ci siamo trovati benissimo infatti volevamo allungare la vacanza ma non avevano disponibilità.Consiglio altamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura… Ci ritorneremo sicuramente."

Tôi đồng ý, nhưng ngay ngày hôm sau, thẻ của tôi đã bị trừ còn nhiều hơn số tiền estimated ban đầu. Tôi có hỏi thì nhân viên nói đó là penalty. Thái độ cũa nhân viên khó chịu & không niềm nở. Phòng tạm được nhưng hơi âm u. Thiết kế không đủ ánh sáng."

"I dropped my gold earing at the hotel, but I did not realized that. However, the maid found it and tried to contact me. That was so kind. The managers and maids at the hotel were very hospitable. The breakfast was ok. Coffee and tea was so good."
