"Honestly, we booked this hotel because it was close to Sanur harbour and we just needed a place to sleep after landing in Bali and before billing over to Nusa Penida. We didn't realize what a hidden gem this place was until we arrived. The property is beautiful, and located near to the Sanur Beach which has a ton of great stuff to do. "If you are travelling and want an airport hotel this is okay it’s incredibly busy takes a long time for room Service to come the lifts were broken - for a big hotel out of four lifts there was only two. I had to walk up the stairs quite a bit and I was on the 10th floor when the staff did reach out they were very good and flexible and accommodating to help you -"
