"Older hotel and a bit tatty.. needs an update all round. Website showed gym but no gym there. Shower screen leaked out onto floor. Room service hit and miss… would replenish coffee etc but not every day. Very basic breakfast. Staff lovely and ok for price but just a bit old and worn compared to other hotels in region and has not kept up standards."

" I had an amazing stay at Prama Sanur Beach Bali! The entire staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and always provided attentive service. The food at the on-site restaurants was delicious, and I loved spending my evenings listening to the live bands playing on the beach. The location couldn't have been better for me—right on the beach, which made it perfect for morning walks or runs on the beach path, or just sitting in the shaded beach chairs. It was also conveniently close to local warungs and just a short walk to my fishing charter. And if you are looking to enjoy an evening out, it is also close to several local bars, but the hotel itself was nice and quiet. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Prama to anyone visiting the area! "

"Really lovely resort on a nice clean beach. Room was excellent with a massive comfy bed, nice sofa bed on balcony and everything you’d need or want. They provided a lot of complimentary bottled water too. I was only here for one night so didn’t have time to experience a lot of the hotel facilities but the breakfast was great and pool/bar are very nice too. I hope to come back again for a longer stay. "

"The pool was spectacular and breakfast was delicious - special thanks to Samuwan for your warm welcome and the banana pancakes. We did find it strange that there was no introduction to the resort and no guest directory. The QR code did not go through to the directory so it wasn't until our second to last day there that we discovered you can get a voucher at reception for one of the long beach lounges out on the beach itself (short walk from the hotel). It also took 3 nights of asking multiple times for the complaint we made about a constantly flashing light above the jacuzzi to be fixed - the light could not be turned off so it impacted our sleep. "

"Great location in Sanur just a few minutes walk to Icon shopping mall if you're into that, lots of local coffee shops and restaurants as well as the tourist trap souvenir shops. The staff on the whole are very friendly and helpful we found the staff not as attentive when we were down on the sun lounges on the beach. Breakfast was included in our package, there was plenty of options to choose from, eggs which ever way you wanted, bacon, chicken sausages, different pastries, cold meats fresh fruits and plenty more."
