"We had a fantastic stay at the Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur. The staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

"Loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel has everything you need.
The rooms are comfortable, although a little on the darker side because of the way the buildings are set out.
We booked a club room - 1 king bed (deluxe) and had a nice view looking into the front gardens, with glimpses of the ocean through the trees.
I believe the club option may not be worth booking, depending on what you’re looking for. The breakfast options and outlook of the main restaurant we thought were better...

"It was exceptional from start to finish. The property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious with many choices every day. And upon check-out, they hold your bags, and you can use all the amenities, including an amazing private outdoor shower and changing room in their spa, before you get on a long flight.
