"This is a legacy property that had been remodeled. The only hotel in Bali that has more than 4 floors (Bali building code, can't exceed the height of the coconut tree, maximum 4 levels). Personally I love staying in this hotel because of proximity to my family ancestral home to come and visit during my vacation. "We had a fantastic stay at the Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur. The staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
