"We had a lovely stay but we were only there for a couple of days, and went rafting so did t really use the facilities. The pool is being renovated too so not really usable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, beautiful beachfront seating area and close to ICON shopping centre and lots of choices for eating and drinking close by. Thanks Anita"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Akaya Bali. I usually only give 9/10 in reviews as I feel no one is perfect, however in this case I don't believe the Akaya could improve on anything. The staff, rooms, location and feel of the Akaya was wonderful. A lovely surprise was you could have breakfast from the Cafe Akaya upstairs in another dinning lounge area. "I stayed one night prior to flying home. Hotel is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but fairly basic by western standards. Overall a good value for the price. If I was wanting to stay and see Sanur Beach there are other hotels closer to the beach, a little nicer, but at a higher cost. "
