"Loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel has everything you need. The rooms are comfortable, although a little on the darker side because of the way the buildings are set out. We booked a club room - 1 king bed (deluxe) and had a nice view looking into the front gardens, with glimpses of the ocean through the trees. I believe the club option may not be worth booking, depending on what you’re looking for. The breakfast options and outlook of the main restaurant we thought were better...

"Room Service was spot on. Our room was always cleaned during breakfast and a pleasure to return to. Staff were friendly however there were some language difficulties, not understanding English. Very family friendly, having a pool for the kids is great, just not enough sun beds on some occasions! Breakfast average, not a lot of choice but tasty. Staff always attentive. Lots of places to eat along the beach and outside the hotel on main road."

"It was exceptional from start to finish. The property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious with many choices every day. And upon check-out, they hold your bags, and you can use all the amenities, including an amazing private outdoor shower and changing room in their spa, before you get on a long flight. "The staff at the concierge and check in counter are excellent. Very warm service. It is also at a very convenient location to supermarket, dining options and the beach. However we accidentally left some clothes in the wardrobe and housekeeping are not too honest. They claimed they only found one item. So what happened to the rest? It's a pity because this tainted the impression and we no longer feel comfortable recommending this hotel to anyone anymore."

"Great location. Did not like having an accessible bathroom not enough storage. Rooms were not cleaned very well just make the bed and sweep the floor. Grout in shower was very stained. The hotel garden is beautiful breakfast good. I would definitely stay again but different run type next time."

"Absolute 10 out of 10 experience. As a first-time solo traveler to Bali, this hotel was everything I could have asked for. It’s super cute, beautiful, and very clean.
