"Hotel is average in terms of presentation, quality, and service. Would rate as a good 3 star hotel, but definitely not a 4 star. Staff were not overly helpful, although restaurant staff were excellent and attentive. Rooms were not ready at check in time, leaving us waiting a further hour in the lobby. Would not stay here again. Was a little on the expensive side, so was expecting a little more. Restaurant breakfast was good and location is handy."

"This is one of the best properties to stay in Bali, if not the best. The rooms are fabulous: spacious, with high ceilings, huge beds with good quality pillows and covers, fluffy large towels, and good quality soaps and shampoos replaced daily.
