"Hotel is average in terms of presentation, quality, and service. Would rate as a good 3 star hotel, but definitely not a 4 star. Staff were not overly helpful, although restaurant staff were excellent and attentive. Rooms were not ready at check in time, leaving us waiting a further hour in the lobby. Would not stay here again. Was a little on the expensive side, so was expecting a little more. Restaurant breakfast was good and location is handy."

"サヌールからギリ島に行くため、こちらのホテルで前泊しました。大通りに面しているもののホテルの中は静かで、部屋も清潔でした。
強いて言えば、ハンドシャワーがあればより便利ですが、レインシャワーだけでも問題はありません。周辺にも多くのレストランやスパ、ショップがあり、退屈することもありません。
また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。"

"This is one of the best properties to stay in Bali, if not the best. The rooms are fabulous: spacious, with high ceilings, huge beds with good quality pillows and covers, fluffy large towels, and good quality soaps and shampoos replaced daily. "I am a very picky traveler and I almost don’t want to share this gem but the property deserves recognition. When I walked into my room I immediately noticed how well maintained the property was. I asked how long they have been in business and they told me since 2019 so my reaction was wow. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are polished. The bed can be split and the shower heats quickly. The pool is lovely and the staff lovelier. I highly recommend for a solo stay."

"Nice staff and their service. We had to go out early and the restaurant was able prepare breakfast boxes for us to take out at the reception. The room is fairly new and clean in this price range. Good location where a lot of restaurants are available in the area."
