"Hotel is average in terms of presentation, quality, and service. Would rate as a good 3 star hotel, but definitely not a 4 star. Staff were not overly helpful, although restaurant staff were excellent and attentive. Rooms were not ready at check in time, leaving us waiting a further hour in the lobby. Would not stay here again. Was a little on the expensive side, so was expecting a little more. Restaurant breakfast was good and location is handy."

"Rooms are very out dated. Bathrooms terrible. Sink and bath stained from years of water. This property has NO hot water. Furniture was chipped and very dated. The only thing new was the coffee machine. Rooms were very dark. Gardens, pool and dining area kept very well, pool had a walk in area for people with mobility issues. "This is one of the best properties to stay in Bali, if not the best. The rooms are fabulous: spacious, with high ceilings, huge beds with good quality pillows and covers, fluffy large towels, and good quality soaps and shampoos replaced daily. They also provide plenty of water, small treats and fruit baskets. The common areas are clean and well maintained, with a large infinity pool and a flowing ‘river’ that takes guests around in tubes. "I am a very picky traveler and I almost don’t want to share this gem but the property deserves recognition. When I walked into my room I immediately noticed how well maintained the property was. I asked how long they have been in business and they told me since 2019 so my reaction was wow. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are polished. The bed can be split and the shower heats quickly. The pool is lovely and the staff lovelier. I highly recommend for a solo stay."
