"ALL the staff were amazing, so very friendly and always helpful. We were greeted each time we passed reception with huge smiles and friendly chatter. Eka, and Wisnu at reception and Bagus in the restaurant were awesome.
It was both our birthday during our stay and we received a beautiful birthday song and delicious cake.
Property needs to be renovated as it is tired and old."

"Pool area had an empty space would’ve been great to make it bigger . Great position. Breakfast was excellent BUT shower was dismal very very hard to get a stream went from boiling hot to cold. Badly needs addressing, others remarked the same and water flow was a dribble , this put us off from staying there again sadly"

"We stayed last year in an outward facing room and were not too happy. However, this year we booked a pool facing room, which we felt was more spacious, even if it wasn’t, and used the pool a lot more. Very happy with our stay."

"Prachtig hotel, wordt perfect onderhouden. Het is een zeer groot hotel maar doordat het op zo’n groot terrein ligt valt dit niet erg op. Wij hadden ook de regency club geboekt waardoor we een rustige plek voor ontbijt hadden alsook een plek om doorheen de dag iets fris te drinken waar het altijd rustig was. Verder wil ik ook nog de spa benadrukken als fenomenaal: zeer vriendelijke service, erg goede behandeling en de faciliteiten zijn ongelofelijk!"
