"I stayed one night prior to flying home. Hotel is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but fairly basic by western standards. Overall a good value for the price. If I was wanting to stay and see Sanur Beach there are other hotels closer to the beach, a little nicer, but at a higher cost. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Akaya Bali. I usually only give 9/10 in reviews as I feel no one is perfect, however in this case I don't believe the Akaya could improve on anything. The staff, rooms, location and feel of the Akaya was wonderful. A lovely surprise was you could have breakfast from the Cafe Akaya upstairs in another dinning lounge area. "The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an early check out and they provided a lite breakfast for us this was very helpful. This is a big hotel so lots of guests and very busy. The position of the hotel is great. Very central to most things in Sanur"
