"The beds were very uncomfortable, the Air Conditioning hardly worked which was uncomfortable as temperatures at night were 27 plus. There were no coffee/tea making facilities which should be a basic."

"All and all a very good stay. Unfortunately the only food available is from their restaurant and it’s expensive. I ordered a pizza for carry out to take up to my room and they wrapped it is tin foil which caused it to be very soggy. There’s a reason pizza usually comes in a box!"

"We had a premium room. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Linens looked new and were clean. Air conditioning was nice and quiet and worked well. Bathroom was clean and shower nice and spacious.
