Beautiful historic property. Well maintained. Chef made exceptional food for us. We have so much food allergy and we enjoyed the breakfast. Will stay again if we visit Denver. This property is so beautiful! I picked the Prague room and by far the best room in the house. We had breakfast and they accommodated my gluten intolerance and made the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to come back!!!!!!

Great stay!

Nice experience for a mini vacation. Clean room and great breakfast over the weekend was the best part. Staff is friendly and helpful. This inn is close to nice restaurants and other forms of entertainment. Look forward to staying again!

Our stay at The Patterson Inn was wonderful! The staff was welcoming and very professional at every level. The adjacent pub, also owned by The Patterson, was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after our day at the Denver Art Museum. Fantastic historic bed and breakfast! Great location as we wanted to do tea at the Brown Palace and visit the Molly Brown house. Kyle at the bar was fantastic and both him and the front desk staff had great recommendations for restaurants to celebrate our birthdays. We WILL be back!
