"The key pads to get in the property are a nightmare. Having to reset the keys several times just to get into your room. Having your hands full of items to find out you can’t in your room. Having to go back to the front desk several times. The breakfast was empty after 20min having to wait over 30 minutes to wait for new items. Only to find out they were out of the items. Just very annoying to pay what you do and not have the amenities and perks for the property."

"This place is great despite a couple of major draw backs. The shuttle situation needs to be revisited. Too many people due to the shuttle serving two Hyatt locations. The pool is also not heated.. Which everytime I've been leaves the water freezing cold and the hot tub is often down.
Other than that, the breakfast is awesome and the place us spacious and clean."
