The office had no record of my reservation. Extra charges on top of what I was quoted. roaches in bathroom. No extra toilet paper in bathroom. Said free wi fi but there was no internet. TV wanted my Google password in order to watch.

Furniture in the rooms did not meet the quality in the entry and common areas. Chair arms are nasty and broken tiles in the bathroom. Elevators and halls smell like weed.
