However, housekeeping did not come to change the towels, replace the toilet paper, or make the beds. Overall, it was still a nice experience. We had to leave a day early, and the staff handled the change without any issues."

"The first room I was given absolutely stunk, the second room the door didn't lock. I was totally exposed to anyone who could push the door open. The only lock on the door was the overhead bar. They didn't dare charge me the $100 deposit supposedly required for damage."
