"A clean and safe place to stay in Des Moines, especially by the airport. They also offer a park and stay deal, for those who need to fly out but leave their car somewhere. The staff were extremely kind, but we didn't have a pleasant experience with the lady running the breakfast in the morning. She could have been tired, but was short with us trying to make a waffle. "New property. Clean, modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but we were only staying one night. It was quiet. We saw several deer in the adjacent field when we woke up!

"I traveled for work and the staff was friendly from beginning to end. Each person, from valet to front desk were pleasant to work with. The rooms were not carpeted, and instead had linoleum wood flooring, which I was fine with and honestly preferred. Bathrooms were clean, and the area was easy to walk to and from the events center. I'd stay here again. "

"A front receptionist was repeatedly rude to the customers she managed over the phone. She was argumentative and denigrated her customers on the phone….including me. She argued with how I made my reservation - a phone call to Hilton reservations- she stated was made through a third party. That sort of rudeness required a re-think of her people-facing role.
