The room was spotless, and they had my name on the TV as a welcome touch — such a nice surprise. The employees were amazing — so friendly and great service. Staff was very helpful in setting up a shuttle service to the docks for our cruise. I understand not being able to check in early, but when alternatives are available, they should be offered. "The Skybridge Hotel was a very nice place to stay over night. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the directions they sent on getting to the hotel from the airport. The walking directions instructed me to go through the parking garage to the light rail station and follow the signs to the International Blvd skybridge.
