We had issues with our key the first time using it after leaving the Motel and the staff were rude in response. The front desk was too busy on her personal phone to ever acknowledge us. Housekeeping kept talking on their phones while cleaning rooms about personal things, like their date the night before. People slammed doors at various hours of the night. I even complained about our next door neighbors...
