Hotel gorgeous but staff could be more attentive, spa had no staff, could find towels but facilities are excellent.

B&B HOTEL Gent Centrum
Room was clean, hotel was well-staffed and all employees were helpful. We had issues with the sink in our room and also asked for extra pillows - both needs were addressed promptly. Convenient central location close to many restaurants and transit.

What a lovely hotel! We stayed with our two children in a studio and the room was perfect. Plenty of room and great facilities. Fantastic apartment in an excellent location. Really clean and comfortable with all amenities you could hope for. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.
