"Every single thing was a cost. I literally asked for a fork for my salad that I had brought in and the desk staff said I'd have to pay for it.
The room had a smoky/nasty smell and there was an extremely strong chlorine/bleach chemical that seemed toxic.
I had to ring the bell twice to "bother" the staff to check us in. She clearly was burdened by having to do her job.
Later came down again and she stayed on her phone while we stood there waiting. It would have been one thing if she was...

"Clean room, smelled great, I would recommend fixing the heater on the pool, it felt colder then the beach water 😫 Breakfast was decent, staff was FABULOUS, the pamphlets really helped for the surrounding areas 🙌 is it possible to recommend another entrance/exit. "

They put us in a two queen room.
Hair dryer did not work, went to front desk and was told they did not have a spare as they just replaced 6 already.
We had to purchase a hair dryer.
Other than those two issues, the rest of the stay was bearable. "

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working.
