The hotel is new, so it was clean and up to date. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The only con we experienced was the low water pressure in the shower. Overall we would score 4 out of 5 stars.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The entire property was beautiful and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable place to stay. I'll definitely be back!

When we arrived on Friday to check in after driving 4 hours we were told that their system was down and we could not check into a room. I asked how long do they anticipate the systems being down and if manual check in was available. They said no at which time it was about 10 other people waiting as well. So we sat in the lobby waiting for about 1 hour and decided to leave and grab food we asked the receptionist if someone could please call us if the system comes back up before we get back they said yes. I called the hotel after hour to check in and was told the system was still down. After we finished eating and trying to waste time riding around sight seeing we went back to hotel and system still down with no clear answers. At 9:00pm hours of being of road and time passing by our patience was gone and the receptionist never offered water, chips or anything to accommodate for the inconvenience finally around 9:30 he said they were approved to manually check guests in The room had mini fridge and microwave it was average hotel room but clean however they was no WiFi until around 11:00pm when the systems were back up. They need to have a better system in place for things like this and some type of refund for 1 night Just ridiculous

I’m giving this hotel 3 stars. The room was clean, and the location is good—only about 5 minutes from the beach. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming. Another issue was the lack of trash cans in the outdoor areas. When we asked where to throw away our trash, we were told to walk to the dumpster at the back of the hotel, even at night. The pool was clean, but there were no towels available for guests, which is something most hotels usually provide. Overall, the stay was okay, but the customer service and outdoor amenities definitely need improvement.
