"We needed to stay one night. We flew in the night before and flew out early the next morning. Communication regarding the transfer was excellent. We had one time change and one delay and we were picked up exactly on time and dropped off early the next morning. It took a lot of stress off after a long time of travelling. The owner was very warm and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. "

"Very nice quiet, clean small hotel near airport.Van ride (10 minutes) much appreciated.Highly recommend for those that have early flight or even want to rest after arriving (Athen's traffic is brutal).Of note: Located in a residential area they have a limited menu (Not bad) or can order from local restaurant..Very nice outdoor dining court yard.But there are no restaurants in the area.Looks like the hotel is fairly new, would stay again"

"- direkter Blick auf die Akropolis - Besonders nachts wunderschön! Die Umgebung ist nachts nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend, tagsüber ok. Aber schräg gegenüber ist ein Bäcker, eine Apotheke und ein Getränkemarkt. Ein paar Mini-Märkte eine Straße weiter. Metro Station, Imbis, Supermarkt und Restaurants 100 Meter weiter. 10-15 Minuten mit der Metro zum Monastiraki Platz."

"Great way to stay if need to get up early to get to airport. They went above and beyond getting us there and the condo was very clean , had everything necessary and she even had water , juice and coffee for us. She also gave us a bottle of wine after we told her we were celebrating a birthday and anniversary! Highly recommend! "

"Great living koukaki is a great place to stay if you are visiting Athens, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Walkable to all main attractions, close to restaurants and grocey stores. The rooms are very clean and the hosts are superb. 10/10."

"The quirky and creative ‘industrial cool’ design concept for the interior definitely stands this hotel apart, as well as the location, and the quality of the breakfast menu which was excellent, and on the whole communication was good when done via the iPad, however there are some areas that could improve the experience of staying here. The noise from the lane into the early hours needs to be addressed, and attention to detail for this price point is lacking. For example, the broken washing...

"An und für Sich ein super Hotel. Jedoch ist die Gegend der Hotels sehr schmutzig, laut und viele Obdachlose etc.. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und leicht verschmutzt. Die Hotelzimmer und das Hotel insgesamt sehr sauber und einladend. Wenn man mit der Umgebung klarkommt empfehlenswertes Hotel! Als Single Trip für Frauen beispielsweise meiner Meinung nach nicht zu empfehlen."
