"Thank you to the staff for the surprise they gave my son on his birthday. He got so excited with the balloons.We went to the pool, we didn't enjoy it because the water was too hot. We didn't know that we have a special request by email when I'd rather stay on the first floor. We were traveling with a 2 month old baby and as they ask for an email with the guest's information including dates of birth, we understood that thw reservation staff was going to assign an apartment on the first floor, not...
