Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay. "

"J'ai réservé ce camping spécialement pour la piscine couverte. Mais arrivé sur place, on m'annonce qu'elle est fermée. Très grand camping, notre chalet était à coté du lac. Mais la nuit, ça devient un décor de film d'horreur: du bruit suspect (probablement des noix qui tombent des arbres), des arbres de partout et un noir total."
