It was exactly what we needed , a stop over after a late flight . The place is lovely and all staff were very helpful . Especially Dylan who was on duty the night we arrived . He was very kind , helpful and professional. Thank you Dylan Sadly didn’t get to use any facilities, as we had to leave in the morning, otherwise , all very good

Very quiet. This would be a great place to stay on a business trip. Public bus stop is within easy walking distance. They have a shuttle to the airport in Geneva. Linens were clean. Bathroom and kitchen areas were fairly clean. Room was more spacious than others we stayed at in Switzerland.

Receptionist preferred to communicate in French but she was extremely helpful and patient. This is an older hotel in a somewhat rundown residential neighborhood, but grocery store, lots of little restaurants, and buslines are all within 10 min walking distance. Free parking outside or parking garage for daily fee. Excellent breakfast.

Perfect for one night between flights. The room was big, clean and comfortable. They provide a shuttle to the airport but not from the airport. I think there is a bus but i arrived late. Payed 25 dollar for an uber.

Good

The hotel has underground parking, but the parking fee is a bit expensive. Although the building is old and there are signs of wear and tear everywhere, and the ventilation fan was quite noisy, overall the stay was still comfortable. One downside was that there was no bathtub plug, and when we asked the front desk, they said they didn’t know about it. Because of this, we couldn’t bathe our newborn daughter, which was disappointing.

Very good value and good location

Everything needed for a short trip. Room and bathroom very clean and helpful to have a fridge in the room. Bar was closed for renovation when we got there. Easy enough to walk to local amenities though. The information says airport shuttle available but turned out that this was only between 7 and 10 in the morning so no good for my evening flights.
