Otro punto en contra es que tiene muy poca ropa de cama, y nada de calefacción así que fue una noche terrible a pesar que dormimos con ropa, el frío fue insoportable."

The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out were very easy. The location in Las Condes felt safe and is close to shops, restaurants and a mall, which was very convenient. "I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."
