"Amazing experience "

"It was one of the coldest days lately and with a ton of snow. The parking lot was super clean, and so cars were parked very haphazardly. There was no room for us to park, so we talked to the guest services person. She was gracious enough to move her car so we could park in her spot. We were very thankful to be able to finally park and get into our hotel room after a long day!"
