"I stayed here for 3 nights with my partner in August. The location is perfect for travellers to Budapest with the front door located only a 20 second walk from the Metro station (3 stops into the centre of Budapest). This made travelling around the city very convenient. The front of the accommodation block is very unassuming, however once you enter you find yourself in an open-air courtyard surrounded by rooms on 3 sides, covering 5 floors. It was a very classy layout with the option of stairs...

"The positive first: Very clean, spacious, kitchen equipped with the minimal necessities which is enough for a week stay. The A/C works super well and quiet! Maintenance and cleaning staff were very responsive and professional. I would have given a 5 star if it wasn’t for the sofa bed. It’s in a very bad condition (deformed and very very noisy). "The rooms are very, very bare bones, and pretty dumpy. Dirty, stained carpet and couch, two towels, two forks and knives, no salt and pepper or coffee or tea, no extra garbage bags. And the hallways are pitch black. If you have very low expectations and a very tight budget, this place could work. Make sure to get a room with a balcony, I would have hated it without that. The area of town is great for hopping on the tram or bus, both very close by, and there is a lidl down the street, but here...
