"Good hotel great service"

"We had a standard double room which was in lovely condition and spacious enough. The bathroom was clean and modern with a walk in shower. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet even though we had a room next to the elevator. Staff were excellent, friendly and so helpful. Position of the hotel was superb right in the centre near the spring waters. We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel and the restaurant served different meals to suit all tastes."

"The staff was wonderful, efficient and pleasant. The property is a 19th luxury building, fully modernized while retaining its charm. Very clean, excellent breakfast, quite near the center of town with the collonades for taking the waters [the hotel had excellent spa facitliies]"

"We booked for thermal pool and we enjoyed in thermal area a lot. The room has nice view , equipment was enough but bed was so uncomfortable, pilow was not comfortable, blanket was small for my husband he could not turn other side because not open himself during night, ... i tried to call reception and ask for extra pillow i need to sleep with high pillow but phone did not work. So next time we will go for thermal but not stay at hotel. "
