"Avoid at all cost. The photos are an eyewash. This is not a hotel. It’s a few rooms rented out in subpar condition. They promised a table for us.when asked asked for 1400 more. Even then the staff refused to communicate properly. My money was wasted."

"The room was great, lots of space, it was clean and well equiped. The bathroom also had everything a traveller could.posisbly need. It was also very easy to find and the reception staff were always eager to help. The breakfast was also good, in taste and variety. The only downside was the staff in the restaurant. I waited long periods and noone wanted to approach me, however I watched them talking to and serving indian customers very quickly. It made me feel very uncomfortable, as it felt like they clearly had double standards for me as a foreigner."

"The rooms are big, airy, spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Food is delicious. Location is excellent. This has been my favorite hotel since many years. Couldn't ask for more."

"It was fine for an overnight stay. The neighborhood was sketchy, and I was afraid to walk outside alone. Luckily, you can order and get room service! The toilet in shower was down the hall."

"The staff was super good. So helpful, they even walked me in the neighborhood to help me with shopping. The food they got me was excellent. They also helped me figure out how to get where I was going. And to get a taxi. Siliguri in itself is kind of a sketchy area, but it's inexpensive. And they are trying to make the hotel kind of an oasis in the midst. They were doing quite a bit of renovating while I was there, trying to make it really nice. Again, the best part was the staff who were just so good and responsive."
