"The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly - they made a big difference between an average stay and a terrific stay. With separate large master bedroom, large lounge room, kitchen and large bathroom, the apartment (No 7) was very spacious, if anything, a bit too spacious (e.g. 20 metres between bed and WC, 6 metres between couch and TV), but this is not really a complaint - it is always better to be too spacious than insufficiently spacious. "Nice new hotel, so everything was spot on, good location, my only gripe was that I checked in online to ‘save time’ in their words, but as typical in Slovakia check in was a long drawn out process where I had to show everything I had already put into online check in, so you basically wasted my time rather than saving any!"

"Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). "Location was ok, check- in little confused as it was in the different building Room clean , spacious but access would be a challenge if my 77 year old mom decide to come . 21 steps to access our room without elevator, this property would not pass Canadian standards for handicapped people. The biggest disappointment was a breakfast selection "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Aplend Kamzak apartments. Check in was smooth and fast, and we received a comfortable apartment with separate bedroom as booked. It had a small kitchenette, so we also could prepare some or our own meals. Cleaning is only once during your stay, but you can book extra cleaning for a fee.
