"Appreciated the airport shuttle. Front staff was super nice, helpful and patient. Quick and easy check in/out. Welcome cookies were nice and warm! Pool was too cold. Enjoyed the hot tub. A lot of places close by including a big mall that we didn’t get to explore as it closes at 5pm on Saturdays. Was disappointed to know upon arrival though that the shuttle service going to the airport in the morning had to be pre booked and our preferred time was booked up. BUT it did work out in our favor to leave an hour earlier as we were not rushed and took things nice and slow. We’re glad to be back home. Thank you for a great experience our first time/night in Montreal."
