The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "Quiet property, lots of green space. But apartment was dark, kitchen somewhat dirty and not well equipped. Internet was weak and didn't have hot water one night."
