"Lugar muito confortável e em ótima localização!"

"Location was perfect in Palermo is a small hotel but room are spacious. The hotel Staff from the moment we arrived did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and at home specially the guy in the mornings ( can’t remember his name) he assisted with a list of places and when asked a question was ready to answer and even show you the way. We received our room at 9:00am even though check in was at 3:00 perfect after a 9 hour flight. Highly recommend."

"El lugar tiene una ubicación excelente, es práctico, bien aprovechado el espacio y muy limpio. La atención fue buena, amable y eficaz. La suite contaba con los elementos necesarios. "O hotel é super bem localizado, o quarto é espaçoso e bem equipado. Tem portas anti-ruído. O único ponto a melhorar é a agua quente do chuveiro - ela de fato esquenta bem, mas a água quente QUENTE mesmo dura uns 2 minutos... depois disso ela fica morna e se estiver frio (como estava quando fomos - cerca de 10 graus) o banho se torna bem triste."

"We didn't think we would be able to store our luggage since we arrive early in the morning, but we were able to as there was a front desk person. That was extremely helpful. Room was pretty nice, only negative was that they do not have hair dryers. Overall great location and place."

A cortesia do café da manhã é um plus a mais, entretanto senti que os clientes do Ignácio são um pouco discriminados no café. Demora no atendimento além de não serem simpáticos.
