"Overall, a nice stay. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortable, especially during the warmer weather. With a functioning A/C, the experience would have been much better. (They did offered to change the room at last minute though)"

"The room was very clean and nice. The space was very quiet. We didn’t realize this was not a hotel, but just a well-kept bedroom and bathroom within a large apartment, with several other rooms with a similar use. Other than a live person checking us in and someone taking care of breakfast, we didn’t ever see any staff there. If you are expecting a large hotel with staff onsite, this isn’t it. The breakfast was lacking and could be improved with some fresh fruit."

"The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. The location is also a little far out, about an hours walk to the main harbour to pick up the ferry to Capri. A nice stay but would look for something closer to the...
