"Our stay at Huntingdon Hoter and Suites. We were in a loft room with balcony on the third floor for 4 nights. First check in is at 4pm. That is Ok but if you get there early, we showed up at 1:30 pm they said we will store your bags until 4pm as that is when check in is. To us we said ok and went to do things in Victoria. We came back at 4 and the line was huge and only 1 person at the desk the othe was busy getting peoples bags. For hotel management get more help at busy periods the wait was long. The room first of all the AC was turned off had to call for maitenance. Wouldn't the staff know this getting the room ready? Another issue the screen on the balcony kept falling off wore out rollers. Do cleaning staff check and clean the balcony notice this? Next day we were gone all day getting back the room was not looked at by cleaning staff. Had to call front desk at 6pm for towels and bathroom amenitys to be filled. (TP). Note when getting this loft room all that is upstairs is a bed and closet with a safe, no TV. 15 stairs to this loft they have safety he blind the upstairs window is electric and lucky it closed after numerous trys. Day 2 we had to get housekeeping to make up the room again this was after 2 pm. The walls in this hotel are thin. 2 nights of the 4 the people in the next room very noisy at 1am. Not the hotels fault. The door into the room is 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the door letting in light and noise from the hallways. Out of space for more"
