"Hotel is in a good location, about 10mins walk from the train station with Mirabell Palace a couple of minutes away. From there it's an easy walk down to the river and the old town with the Fortress and other sights. The hotel doesn't have a front desk but they message you the access code for your room when it's ready. There are staff on site however and all were very friendly. Room itself was very well appointed with kitchen area; microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all the cutlery, crockery...

"The extra large room was perfect for three adults, lots of space. Good location near to bus stops but walkable to the old town and plenty of restaurants nearby. Great mountain views from our room on the top floor. Digital check-in worked well with good communication. Clean towels etc freely available from cupboard. Very quiet inside. Only downside was that the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but otherwise would definitely recommend. "

"We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling. We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas. The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage. "An affordable accommodation that was boutique and well positioned to the train. Because of the location, it felt more like we were locals. It was a slight bit further from the majority of touristy sights in the Mozart Square area, but with the included guest mobility pass, and ease to get places on the bus, it was an excellent affordable option. "From the moment we arrived, we had everything we needed. We arrived early and when we rang to see if we could check in sooner they were so helpful. The Apartment was stunning and had everything we needed. Our only critism could be that the TV could be a smart TV to provide more options. And maybe 2 towels each for those of us staying for a week. Wir waren bei heißen 33 Grad da und hatten das Dachzimmer, im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist und die #Wärme sehr lange Nachts braucht bis sie drraußen ist. Aber ansonsten sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht."
