There is a bus that is right in front of the property which will take you to Sapporo station. Otherwise, it’s an 18 minute walk down the street to Sapporo Station. My biggest hurdle was that the directions feature in Expedia sent me to a different place but if you enter the address directly in your GPS, it should take you to the right place."
