Staff were very helpful and friendly

If your want to experience traditional Japan culture and food, this is the place. Their breakfast and onsen were very traditional and reflecting Japanese culture. They have five different temperature onsen and breakfast with over forty items.

Everything was very convenient and user-friendly. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh food, and the service was excellent. The onsen was clean, with well-equipped shower facilities. Parking was slightly inconvenient, although the concierge tried their best to make up for it with excellent service.

The service in our room was very slightly off, one day they didn't wash the cups for glasses and then the next day they didn't replenish the coffee, but these are only small annoying overall it's a really nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

I would give 6/5 stars if I could. The staff all were brilliant and helpful, from dinner recommendations, to help with calling taxis and just being prepared for all requests and queries. The rooms were nice (I expected the kettle, the cups and the small fridge, but not the microwave and the washing machine), the staff were great, the breakfast buffet was generous, the location was excellent - all that, and the price was very reasonable too.

Pleasant hotel - friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds and very accessible for many of the Sapporo sights (including the snow festival). Good access to bars and restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast was excellent quality and - for me - was the icing on the cake.
