"Had a wonderful experience at the Taj near Kochi airport. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were clean and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient, yet the property feels peaceful and relaxing. "Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. "
