Wir haben sofort diesen Umstand reklamiert, jedoch keine neue mit funktionierendem Anhang bekommen. Erst ein Anruf bei dem Hotel hat dann zuletzt für Klarheit und der Übermittlung einer Mail mit Code gesorgt. Wir hätten uns gewünscht ohne Unterkunftsstress in den Urlaub zu starten. Das Zimmer war sauber und funktional, hat gepasst."
