"Premises walking up stairway to room dirty carpet, walls dirty. Doors walls marked badly. Tea cups stained inside. Cleaned myself. Access in and out from Great Eastern Highway is challenging Front rooms get traffic noise. I won’t be going back there. Still haven’t received bond. Apparently transaction complete on the 23rd June. It’s now the 1st July"

"The listing is misleading; the pictures showed an upper-floor unit, but we got a first-floor unit. There was an AC unit, but not in the bedroom; it was in the living room!!. And if you have been to Perth, you know that it can be hot in early March. And it was. The check-in was a disaster. The front desk is open only from 10 am to 2 pm, and the phone number they have listed is outdated.
