"Die Anlage verfügt über keine gekennzeichnete Rezeption, sodass wir von einem Mitarbeiter in die „Villa“ geführt wurden. Der erste Eindruck war durchdachtes, modernes Design und ein mit Smarthome gesteuerter, geräumiger Cube (Wohnwürfel) inmitten von Weinbergen. Der Service beim Frühstück beschränkte sich auf die freundliche Anwesenheit des Personals. Den Roomservice haben wir ebenfalls nur durch die Anwesenheit wahrgenommen. Bei fünf Nächten wurde lediglich zweimal das Zimmer aufgeräumt und...

"Although this residence had not been notified of guests who had booking’s (due to large renovations), the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all the guest who had arrived were attended to and prepared rooms for guests. As there had been no communication to the Residence regarding guest arrival, all the staff members helped to make sure that rooms were up to standard, bedding was clean, hot water unit’s turned on.
