My only criticism was that some of the towels were not clean. I didn’t make a fuss as there were clean useable ones available. The tiniest bug was that last time I rented an apartment that included a kettle for heating water. This time there wasn't one in the room as they're only in the apartments and not the other rooms. The staff found one for me so no issue at all really, just to let you know if it matters. "
