I called and talked to one of the front desk people and I told her that we will arrive late. When we arrived around 4 am in the morning due to the long drive and the traffic in Chicago areas. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk person couldn’t check in for us till about 1 hour later. At first, we were told that our room had been canceled due to late arrival. I had to call Expedia to change the date in order for her to check our room for us.
It was my first time experiencing this problem. We’re disappointed how it happened. I hope they would be made it easier customers their customers.
