"We really enjoyed our stay here on a trip to Disneyland Paris. The room was spacious and modern, with lots of storage space. The kitchen area provided a good sized fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and toaster. The location is ideal, just a five minute walk from the train station and the shopping mall. It’s also only 1 mile from Disneyland so you could either walk or take the short train journey along. The price was also pretty good compared to other places we’ve stayed around Val d’Europe which didn’t offer as many room facilities as this hotel."

"The property lacks management and communication. We reserved a VIP cabin for our family of 5 which included 3 small children. We checked in and were handed our wristbands and given our cabin number with no direction or information on how to get to our cabin. It was a 50 minute walk with our luggage down several gravel roads from where we checked to where our cabin was. Our cabin was in poor condition with holes in the walls and bandaids on the router. There were also a lot of spiders inside as our cabin windows were left open. We requested a crib for our infant but there were no crib sheets. The pool is nice but we only went there once because it was a 30 minute walk from our cabin. There is supposed to be to be a shuttle every 30-40 minutes but it did not arrive according to schedule so we had to walk. We were supposed to stay here 3 nights but left after the first night."

"Everything was amazing, this was our second time here. Beds are huge with luxury bedding. Rooms are large and clean only reason for 4 star was amount of dust floating in the air (we just opened balcony door for a while to resolve) however rooms were clean and we were happy with the room service. Water provided daily. Great little kitchen with microwave hob and fridge. All you need. Shuttle service was a little slow waiting to be taken to Disney - we decided to take the train one stop most days to save time but great for families! Pool and spa is a huge plus however sauna door was hanging off and out of use for our stay the steam room was great. Pool and jacuzzi were a little chilly but you are able to sit in comfortably and refresh from a busy day. Rooms quite sound proof with extra door between bedroom area and hotel room door. Staff all day extremely helpful friendly and attentive. We will be back!"

"Excellent from start to finish! I was nervous about staying offside, but needant have been! Rooms are well equipped, clean, quiet. The bus outside gets you to the parks in 25 mins for €2.50. Staff all super lovely too."

"Great location for easy access to Disneyland and airport. The beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was convenient and delicious. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family."

"The lobby area is beautiful and looks recently updated. We did not get to use the outdoor pool during our stay because it was chilly but it was a gorgeous pool. Indoor pool was busy and also had a hot tub. The rooms seemed outdated - the carpet, design and bathrooms were older and didn’t match the modern design in the lobby. Hopefully they’re in the process of modernizing and redecorating the rooms too! The breakfast included in our stay was hands down the best hotel breakfast that I’ve ever had. Shuttles to and from Disney were frequent, although often packed. Uber’s to Disney and the train station were cheap and easy from the hotel. The hotel bar and sitting area was very nice and staff were pleasant and helpful."

"Although we didn’t get to the hotel and check in until 10.30pm or get to use facilities we would 100% come back and stay here . Staff were very helpful. It's close to Disney land and so modern and cool design with all the modern cons a hotel should have especially for families. Breakfast was lovely we would definitely stay again!"
