"Welcome staff were wonderful. Free cider while checking in was an added bonus! Room was easy to access. Room was beautiful, clean, large, had all ammenities. Ate at the pub downstairs. Amazing food, drinks, and staff! Beds were comfy. Room was quiet. View was amazing. A bit more sugar and creamer would have been good for morning coffee. Overall a great stay."

"Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB."

"I was pleasantly surprised with our stay, the suite was spacious and had a well supplied kitchen. Couch was great, bed was comfy, and honestly the check in is just so quick and easy, basically it doesnt exist, you get a door code for your suite and you walk in.. check in done! Plenty of parking, the only downside is its on a a busy road, but I think thats going to be the case everywhere in the area. "

"Outstanding, this is such a gem of a hotel. I will 100% be staying here on my next trip to Victoria, The food was amazing, the decor outstanding and I never wanted to leave my room it was so fabulous - you can tell so much thought and care was put into every design decision. The sheets were the softest I'd ever slept on. It was the coziest most fabulous place I'd ever stayed, 10/10 for everything!"

"The room is starting to show its age but that didn’t bother me. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable, staff helpful, free shuttle to the airport and a decent price. I just wish we could try the breakfast but we shuttle at 5:30 and breakfast starts at 5. Not a big deal"
